Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of small-batch herbal items, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if an item is defective or we have made an error, we are happy to make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at sia@folkandfireshop.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and offer a solution.
If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds for:
Reactions, irritation, or sensitivities to an item.
Contraindications or incompatibility with personal health conditions.
Orders lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our hands (please see our Shipping Policy for insurance options).
We encourage intentional purchases. All offerings include detailed ingredient lists, and we’re happy to answer any questions at sia@folkandfireshop.com before you buy. Please consult a healthcare professional and perform a patch test before use.
